The Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential nursing care to ensure patient comfort and well-being. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, administering medications, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records. RNs participate in patient care planning and implementation, offering leadership to support staff. The role is in a fast-paced Medical Surgical Telemetry unit, requiring telemetry training and ACLS certification. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program, possess a Texas RN License, and have CPR certification. One year of nursing experience is preferred. Full-time position available.
