Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
- NBCOT certified upon hire; renewal optional.
- Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT).
- Active state license required; must maintain good standing.
- Preferred: 1 year experience in post-acute care.
- CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.
Specific Job Requirements:
- Participate in community health projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and support staff.
- Demonstrate good body mechanics and independent decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
Essential Functions:
- Implement treatment plans and set measurable goals.
- Oversee care provided by OTAs and students.
- Chart patient progress accurately and timely.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain regular attendance.
- Work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
