LPN Med Nurse – all shifts

Job Description

We are looking for experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including acute and long-term care. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with patient hygiene and mobility.

• Provide patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care facilities.
• Manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension.
• Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy.
• Care for patients with infectious diseases.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Skills required include strong clinical abilities, experience in senior care, proficiency in medical equipment, and excellent communication skills. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $37.00 per hour, with generous benefits and a flexible schedule. Relocation to Highland, NY is required.
