Position Summary:
The Maternal Child Educator will support the maternity service line by ensuring associates are trained in best practices and regulatory compliance. This role involves collaboration with the education team to develop core competencies for staff. Candidates must possess a BSN, nursing education experience, and strong technical and communication skills, with a focus on maternal child health. Certifications as a Neonatal Resuscitation Instructor, AWHONN Instructor, and STABLE Instructor are required upon hire.

Requirements:

  • BSN required; Master’s preferred.
  • Five years of experience in maternal child health preferred.
  • Current Texas nursing license required.
