Job Description

As a Therapist II, you will provide high-quality rehabilitation services in various clinical settings, working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, delivering discipline-specific interventions, and contributing to patient care progression. A minimum of two years of clinical experience and an OT license in Virginia/West Virginia are required. You will also engage in professional development and adhere to documentation and billing guidelines. • Education: Post Graduate Certificate, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience: Minimum two years (4,160 hours) clinical experience.
