Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and collaborate on care plans.
- Promote patient health through education and self-care techniques.
- Supervise LPNs and HHAs, ensuring timely documentation and communication.
- Participate in staff education and on-call services.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of clinical experience as an RN.
- Current RN license and CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
