Responsibilities:
- Understand infant-toddler development and utilize a parent coaching model.
- Participate in assessments, screenings, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
- Coordinate services with community providers and manage Individual Family Service Plans.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology with relevant licensure.
- Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in technology.
- Valid drivers license required; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
