Join our Early Intervention programs, providing essential services to families with children aged birth to 3 years facing developmental delays. We offer full-time positions with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Understand infant-toddler development and utilize a parent coaching model.
• Participate in assessments, screenings, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate services with community providers and manage Individual Family Service Plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology with relevant licensure.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in technology.
• Valid driver’s license required; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
