Position Summary:
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is responsible for developing departmental goals, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations. The CNO collaborates with administration to evaluate procedural changes related to patient care and oversees the implementation of nursing practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
– Current unrestricted RN licensure
– BLS certification from recognized organizations
– Bachelor’s degree in nursing
– 5+ years in an inpatient hospital setting
– 2+ years of recent nursing management experience

Desired Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in nursing or related field (or plan to obtain)
– CRRN certification (or plan to attain)
