Seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) professional in Windom to support children with challenging behaviors, enhancing their social and emotional skills through targeted interventions. This union position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and requires a CDA with experience in challenging behaviors, preferably a degree in Early Childhood or ECSE, along with CPR and First Aid certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement learning experiences for at-risk children.
- Teach coping skills and support classroom staff in behavior guidance.
- Act as a positive role model and assist in parent conferences.
- Maintain a Professional Development Plan and assist in recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of child development and cultural diversity.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
