Job Summary:

Seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) professional in Windom to support children with challenging behaviors, enhancing their social and emotional skills through targeted interventions. This union position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and requires a CDA with experience in challenging behaviors, preferably a degree in Early Childhood or ECSE, along with CPR and First Aid certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement learning experiences for at-risk children.
  • Teach coping skills and support classroom staff in behavior guidance.
  • Act as a positive role model and assist in parent conferences.
  • Maintain a Professional Development Plan and assist in recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of child development and cultural diversity.
  • Reliable transportation and attendance.
