Job Summary:
Seeking a competent Nurse to provide independent, routine, and complex care in a clinical setting. The role involves managing patient care, making appropriate assignments, and developing long-range goals. The Nurse will utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, while addressing the psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practices in patient care.
  • Plan for patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Direct and evaluate nursing care on assigned shifts.
  • Ensure patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain accurate health information documentation.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
  • Current RN License and BLS certification required.
  • Completion of orientation and competency validation upon hire.
