This position offers a sign-on bonus and focuses on short stay (1-2 days) medical/surgical patients, providing a supportive environment for both new and experienced nurses. The unit emphasizes teamwork, positivity, and professional growth through a mentoring program.
Qualified RNs will receive competitive pay, additional flex premiums, and BSN premiums (if applicable).
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or ASN/BSN, valid Indiana RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
