Job Description
> REF:#ca4ccb8ebbb6909cPurpose: Provide comprehensive Speech Therapy services in home settings to enhance functional abilities related to speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and create treatment plans.
- Document evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with rehabilitation team members.
- Develop home programs and treatment protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Assist with staff orientation and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Current CPR certification and mandatory reporter training.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions: Medium physical demands, flexibility in scheduling, and travel between locations required.
