Job Description

The field nurse will deliver direct patient care in clients’ homes, functioning independently to assess conditions, chart observations, and implement care plans. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and educating families. Candidates must hold a valid Texas RN or LVN license, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation. Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not required, with training provided.
