We are seeking a full-time Patient Care Admin for day shifts to assist the Director of Nursing in managing patient care operations. The role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating care delivery, ensuring compliance with standards, and promoting a compassionate care environment. Candidates should have a BSN, a Master’s in a healthcare-related field (or be enrolled), and at least 5 years of acute care experience, including 2 years in nursing leadership. Responsibilities include oversight of patient care, quality monitoring, staff development, and budget management.
