RN, Registered Nurse – ICU

Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a critical care setting. The role involves independent practice, effective delegation, and management of clinical situations. The Nurse will utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, while addressing the psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing critical thinking to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Administering medications and monitoring treatment effectiveness.
• Documenting patient care and educating families.
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• BLS and RN License required; ACLS and NIHSS certifications needed within specified timeframes.

Work schedule is full-time, 7 PM – 7 AM.
