Compensation: Up to $165,000 annually with a sign-on bonus

Essential Functions:

• Manage clinical care and rounding at assigned skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
• Prescribe medications and treatments for residents.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services.
• Timely documentation of patient encounters in EHR systems.
• Available for consultations with nursing staff.

Shift Structure:

• Rounding from 7AM-1PM local time, Monday-Friday.
• Shifts begin around 7AM with flexibility.
• Charting can be completed off-site.
