We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for an inpatient role in Bluefield, WV. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to $150,000, plus RVU-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current West Virginia Nursing license with PMHNP credentials.
