The Manager of Clinical Services oversees the coordination and management of patient care, ensuring appropriate delivery of services and supervision of clinical staff.
Essential Responsibilities:
Receives and reviews case referrals to assess hospice/home care needs.
Assigns hospice personnel and collaborates with medical directors on eligibility questions.
Evaluates cases through home visits and record reviews, guiding clinicians for quality care.
Assists in setting therapeutic goals and developing care plans.
Conducts quarterly record reviews and participates in hiring and training new staff.
Maintains clinical records and inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Engages in community health assessments and promotes customer service.
Qualifications:
Current RN license and nursing degree required; management experience preferred.
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting and pass background checks.
