Job Description

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician (Level 1 & Level 2) to join our Community Behavioral Health team. This full-time, on-site position offers a salary of $65k-$85k, with potential quarterly incentives and a $10,000 hire-on/relocation bonus. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing resources, coordinating care, and advocating for clients, particularly vulnerable populations. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in social work or counseling and relevant licensure in Alaska. Benefits include health insurance, 5-8 weeks of PTO, and a student loan repayment program. Experience in mental health clinical settings is required.
