Lexington Oncology is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join their dedicated team serving Hematology/Oncology patients in West Columbia, SC. The role involves assessing patients’ physical and psychosocial status, developing treatment plans, and providing health education. Candidates must have at least 2 years of Oncology/Hematology experience, a current RN license in South Carolina, and relevant certifications.
