> REF:#c69bb1f95e0e42b6The Travel Medical Assistant will collaborate with Advance Practice Providers (APPs) to support patient visits in long-term care settings, providing both onsite and administrative assistance. This hybrid role involves 50% travel and 50% telehealth work, focusing on chronic care management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist telehealth providers with patient care management and communication.
- Manage provider schedules and prepare patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health information regulations.
- Communicate frequently with providers and clients.
- Conduct onsite visits and educate patients on chronic care management.
- Travel up to 50% annually for onsite support.
Minimum Requirements:
- CMA/CCMA/RMA certification or relevant experience.
- Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
