Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for our newly remodeled Clearfield, UT location. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring patient progress and encouraging recovery
• Improving patients’ quality of life and motor skills for workforce re-entry
• Teaching independence to patients with disabilities
• Updating patient records and maintaining treatment areas

Our facility features a spacious therapy gym with state-of-the-art equipment. We offer competitive pay ($26.00 – $31.00 per hour), excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement. The position is Monday to Friday, in-person. COTA certification is required.
