We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! This role involves assessing patients in need of rehabilitation, providing direct care, and developing treatment plans under physician guidance. Responsibilities include setting achievable goals, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid MN professional license
• Preferred experience in long-term or geriatric care
• Proficient in EMR documentation
• Strong patient service skills
