Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment.
• Additional compensation available through a pay-per-test model.
• Independent contractor status with a flexible schedule and potential for short-term or long-term work.
• Pre-scheduled visits focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical evaluations.
• Malpractice coverage and travel support may be provided based on eligibility.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree and a state license, preferably in Oklahoma. A minimum of 10 hours per week is expected, with a willingness to travel 50%.
