We are looking for a Youth Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy to children aged 5-18. The role includes meeting productivity targets for billable services and offering various therapeutic services, including play therapy and crisis intervention.
Responsibilities:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with treatment team members on planning and progress.
Maintain clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
Valid Ohio LSW or LPC required; LISW or LPCC preferred.
Minimum 2 years of therapy experience; familiarity with diverse populations is a plus.
