Job Description

The BCaBA collaborates with a team of professionals, including a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and BCBAs, to deliver applied behavior analytic (ABA) services for children and adolescents with Autism and related conditions. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing client programming under BCBA supervision.
• Providing caregiver training and conducting behavioral assessments.
• Designing behavior and support plans.
• Coordinating and evaluating functional assessments and behavior plans.
• Adhering to the BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code and state regulations.
• Maintaining a weekly billable caseload as directed by management.
