CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant Skilled Nursing

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at a premier life care retirement community in Redding, Connecticut. In this role, you will provide essential care to residents in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and offering emotional support.

Hourly Wage: $21-$22.25 with generous shift differentials.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care and reporting health changes.
• Engaging residents in activities.
• Providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA license.
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living.
• Experience with dementia care is desired.
