Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring patient care plans, administering physical therapy modalities, and collaborating with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Education: Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Licenses: Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure and BLS certification.
- Skills: Strong assessment, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience: None required.
- Supervision: Reports to Director/Manager of Rehabilitation Services.
- Environment: Clean, well-ventilated, smoke-free; potential exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials.
- Physical Requirements: Good physical condition; ability to lift and transfer patients and equipment up to 50 lbs.
