A Level 2 Trauma Center in Michigan is seeking a Clinical Director of OB & NICU to lead departmental activities and manage resources to meet organizational goals while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement departmental goals and standards.
  • Direct and evaluate operations, including patient care and compliance.
  • Oversee staffing, hiring, and professional development.
  • Manage the department’s budget and coordinate audits.
  • Integrate evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

    • Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree and BSN.
  • 10+ years as an RN, with 5+ years in OB or NICU.
  • 5+ years of management experience.

    • Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + benefits. Permanent, full-time position in Marquette, MI.
