Key Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care delivery
Participate in resident care conferences and manage admissions/discharges
Develop and update care plans
Evaluate staff performance and participate in educational programs
Qualifications:
Two years of nursing experience in long-term care, with one year in a supervisory role
Current RN license in Wisconsin
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
