Join as a Registered Nurse with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, working full-time (40 hours/week) across all shifts. Base pay ranges from $38.00 to $45.00, with competitive differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, plus a quarterly bonus.
Essential Duties:
Provide exceptional, patient-centered care and develop individualized care plans.
Conduct patient assessments and report findings to the interdisciplinary team.
Administer medications and document care accurately.
Delegate tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
Prerequisites:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active RN license in Massachusetts and BLS certification.
ACLS preferred; knowledge of Critical Care and Med/Surg is a plus.
