Job Description

A full-time RN Transition to Practice position is available in Oklahoma City, OK, working 6p-6a with the Med Surg team. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and evaluating orientation plans for clinical employees.
• Providing support to newly licensed RNs and collaborating with leadership on recruitment and retention.
• Assessing clinical competency of students and staff, and supervising their orientation.
• Supporting quality improvement initiatives and providing mentorship.

Qualifications include a current RN license in Oklahoma, preferred BSN, BLS certification, and 3 years of RN experience. Enhanced benefits and compensation plans are offered.
