Adult Mental Health Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our team, providing direct mental health services to clients in various settings, including their homes and the community. This role involves maintaining a caseload, collaborating with treatment teams, facilitating individual and group services, and teaching independent living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of clients.
• Collaborate with treatment plan teams.
• Facilitate individual and group services.
• Teach independent living skills.
• Coordinate referrals as needed.
• Consult with Clinical Supervisor.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience with mental illness or substance use disorders.
• Must qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner in MN.
• Preferred: Licensed Social Worker in MN.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Starting pay is $23.65 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
