Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions in Concord, MA, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing. The RN will oversee nursing processes for assigned residents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care and coordinating with LPNs and CNAs.
• Assessing resident conditions and responding appropriately.
• Maintaining effective communication within the interdisciplinary team.
• Documenting care and changes in resident conditions.
• Ensuring timely medication administration and reporting incidents.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in nursing, current RN licensure, and at least one year of related experience.
