Position: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

Sign-on Bonus: Full-time $4,500 & Part-time $2,225

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality direct care under RN supervision
• Participate in tenant care plan development and implementation
• Monitor health data and report changes to RN
• Assign and oversee tasks of unlicensed staff

Qualifications:

• Completion of an approved nursing education program
• Current Minnesota LPN license
• CPR and emergency care certification
