Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing care for patients requiring physical therapy, while adhering to the Physical Therapy Practice Act.
Responsibilities:
Gather data from charts and collaborate with physicians.
Independently assess assigned patients.
Recognize additional needs and make informed decisions on testing.
Interpret results and set measurable, realistic goals.
Regularly reassess patient progress as per policy.
Identify and discuss appropriate equipment with patients and families.
Requirements:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
LPT License in the state of employment.
BLS certification.
Work Type:
Per Diem As Needed.
