Job Description

ThedaCare is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse for a night shift position (5:30 PM – 6:00 AM) in a 24-bed surgical unit. This role involves providing patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care through collaboration with an interprofessional team. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Candidates should have a current Wisconsin RN license, a BSN or an ADN with a commitment to obtain a BSN within five years, and at least two years of experience preferred.
