Job Description

Summary: This position involves evaluating, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician, while adhering to the organization’s mission and values. Services are provided in various settings, including medical centers and home health.

Job Duties:

• Administer treatments to restore function and prevent disability.
• Assist patients in achieving maximum performance and functioning.
• Complete patient evaluations and track progress electronically.
• Interview patients/families for program planning.
• Formulate long-term goals for patient progress.
• Supervise support staff and maintain accurate patient records.
• Travel to treat patients as needed.
• Direct activities for swing bed programs.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Occupational Therapy required; doctoral preferred.
• Active Wyoming licensure and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to treat a diverse patient population.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks.

Job Type: Full-time, with a pay range of $39.80 – $59.73 per hour and various benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
