Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to connect with individuals one-on-one and help them improve their health.

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care.
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment.
• Potential to increase per-visit rates by up to 200% based on location.
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday, with no night or weekend work required.
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling.
• Malpractice coverage and travel reimbursements may be available.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree and a state license, preferably in Montana, and be willing to travel. This position allows for a competitive wage while managing personal and clinical commitments.
