Key duties involve effective communication, teamwork, patient education, and leadership. RN III must complete annual competencies and participate in departmental initiatives. A BSN is required, with an MSN preferred, and a minimum of 5616 hours of RN experience is necessary. Certification as an RN and BLS is mandatory.
