Primary Therapist (Outpatient)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist for our Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Facility in Knoxville, TN. This full-time position involves providing individual and group therapy to patients in our Partial Hospitalization Program, focusing on overcoming addiction and mental health challenges.

• Responsibilities: Conduct therapy sessions, facilitate group support, collaborate on treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and educate families.
• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work; licensure eligibility in Tennessee; experience with substance abuse and mental health; strong communication skills.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Compensation: $48,000 – $52,500 per year, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Relocation to Knoxville is required.
