Job Description

The Registered Nurse I (RN I) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties involve effective communication, teamwork, and leadership while ensuring patient education and safety initiatives. RN I must complete annual competencies and participate in departmental activities.

Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Certifications: RN License and BLS Certification required; relevant specialty certification preferred.

Qualifications: Competence in nursing care across all developmental stages and reliable communication with the hospital is essential.
