Job Description

The Therapist/Clinical Supervisor role involves providing clinical supervision to assigned clinicians and offering compassionate counseling to clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety and trauma. This position is based in Jackson Township and Green/Uniontown, Ohio.

Requirements:

• Master’s level Social Worker with Supervisory designation (LISW-S)

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the organization’s statement of faith and core values.
• Provide clinical supervision and feedback to staff.
• Deliver individual and family mental health counseling.
• Complete mental health assessments and treatment plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
