Job Summary: Seeking a Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure the health and safety of all residents.
Essential Duties:
Monitor residents conditions and assess their needs.
Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
Perform routine charting and documentation.
Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.

Qualifications:
Nursing degree or approved LPN program with pharmacology.
