School Based Health Center Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Job Description

The Greater Lawrence Family Health Center is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide clinical social work services to patients and families.

• Counsel and provide crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment.
• Coach patients on managing mental health conditions and facilitate positive behavior changes.
• Review medical histories, complete assessments, and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Deliver mental health education sensitively to diverse patient populations.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or MSW in Massachusetts.
• BLS Certification and CANS certification required.
