Job Summary:

A nursing position is available that offers a $2500 sign-on bonus. The role involves providing nursing care within the scope of practice to meet patient needs according to established standards, physician orders, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current LVN/LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Follow procedures for charting and incident reporting.
• Adhere to narcotic counting and pharmacy order protocols.
• Document changes in patient conditions.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual for patient monitoring.
• Notify departments of patient room changes and admissions/discharges.
• Accompany physicians on rounds as needed.
