Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a $5000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles. Seeking compassionate individuals to make a difference in patient care within a family-oriented team environment.

Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts. Pay: Up to $37/hour based on experience. Job Types: Full Time, Part Time, and PRN.

LPN Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clinical competency and apply nursing knowledge.
  • Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment and care planning.
  • Exhibit organizational skills to prioritize patient needs.
  • Integrate current nursing standards and regulations.
  • Practice continuous quality improvement and problem-solving.

    • Qualifications: Tennessee LPN license required; GNs and GPNs are welcome.
