Job Description

The Registered Nurse Per Diem (RN PD) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Key duties involve effective communication, teamwork, and leadership while ensuring patient education and safety initiatives. The RN PD must complete annual competencies and maintain a current portfolio.

Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years as an RN required.
Certifications: RN License and BLS Certification required.

Qualifications: Competency in nursing care across all developmental stages and reliable communication with the hospital is essential.
