LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Irwin, PA, to provide one-on-one medical care for infants, children, and adolescents in home settings. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with a pay rate starting at $30/hr. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments
• Conducting patient assessments
• Coordinating care and educating families
• Implementing preventative care initiatives
