Physical Therapist

This position offers part-time (10-29 hours), full-time (30-38 hours), or PRN supervisory coverage in a 59-bed facility located in a rural area of Willard, easily accessible from nearby communities. The therapy team focuses on creating personalized care plans for short-term, outpatient, and long-term patients, aiming to enhance independence and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient progress accurately.

Qualifications:

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $48.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
